History

Montello Heights has been serving the Lewiston/Auburn community for nearly 20 years. Construction of the retirement community began in 1995 and in June of 1996, the ribbon was cut for the grand opening of Montello Heights. The original building consisted of 53 apartments. Five years later, Phase II was built. This brought the number of apartments to 80 and increased common space and parking.
